Hey there, I’m Chris Tertzagian! I work with residents in Charleston, SC who want weekly information about the best happy hours, sporting events and other super fun activities in and around Charleston. I love exploring Charleston and sharing all of its charm, beauty and culture.
I’m a Realtor® with a passion for finding new Charleston places to explore.
I’ve been a real estate agent since 1998 and I’ve served over 400 families find and sell their homes. The best praise I’ve ever received from a client was: When Chris says she is “loyal for life” she means it! We bought our first house in 2013, and since then Chris has gone from our realtor to our friend. Her kindness and thoughtfulness are unparalleled; and her professionalism made our home-buying process a breeze.
